Rent charged is economical and includes all outgoings (except telephone). Businesses may stay for up to 3 years during which time they receive practical business assistance and mentoring from the HRBEC, networking opportunities with other tenants and industry specialists, and a professional environment/address from which to work. Lease arrangements are month by month thereby avoiding the necessity to sign long term leases during the infancy of the business.

The business incubator also provides meeting, training and function rooms which are available for hire by other businesses and the general community. These facilities are available upon request and are fully equipped for conferences, meetings, and business functions.
